We have to come to terms and face the reality that we are living in a new sense of normalcy after the pandemic first broke out. We are now facing a situation that is foreign to most of us so we need someone with a sense of leadership that is fresh and unique that can somehow handle what needs to be done. They should be a leader that knows how to lead and take charge in adapting the business to the services it needs to keep maintaining and even boosting sales. Your business needs someone competent enough persist through the challenges you may have to face and also encourage everyone to help keep growing your brand.
