1. DAVID LEBOVITZ’S FREEZE & STIR METHOD
According to David, he is recommending an ice cream recipe that is custard-based to achieve the smoothest texture possible. The richer the recipe, the creamier and smoother the results are. The process starts by preparing the ice cream mixture and chilling it over an ice bath. Then, pour the custard mixture into a deep baking dish or bowl for 45 minutes. As it starts to freeze, you need to remove it from the freezer and stir vigorously with a spatula or whisk, then return it to the freezer. Continue repeating this step every after 30 minutes for 2-3 hours until it's ready. After that, you can now transfer the ice cream to a covered storage container until ready to serve.

2. SERIOUS EATS’ FROZEN CUBE METHOD
For Serious Eats, their goal is to keep the ice cream, not the machine. That is why they created a recipe that ditched the machine. Their process is to wisk 8 egg yolks with a cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until it becomes pale yellow and ribbony. After that, you need to temper it with 2 cups of hot heavy cream and 2 cups of hot milk. You need to cook the base to up to 180°F on the stovetop, carefully and continuously whisking it to avoid scrambling the eggs until it thickened into a glossy custard base. After that, you need to put it into the freezer to freeze on its own.
3. HOT WITHOUT SALT’S BLEND AND FREEZE METHOD
In this process, you just need to experiment with frozen fruit or cream syrup which can produce an endless variety of satisfying and chill-inducing treats. You just need to combine the ingredients (raspberries, honey or black tea simple syrup) in a blender and process until smooth. You can adjust the amount of simple syrup based on the desired sweetness. After smoothing, you need to place it in an airtight container then put it in the fridge until firm. The resulting product can be eaten as it is or you can add some yoghurt for a delicious smoothie.

4. KEVIN AND AMANDA’S WHIPPED CREAM METHOD
By using this recipe, your ice cream will be so incredibly smooth and creamy that you will surely love. You will need 2 cups of heavy cream and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. You need to whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Then add your flavors, toppings, and mix-ins to the sweetened condensed milk and fold in the whipped cream. Freeze, and prepare to eat.
5. THE KITCHEN’S BAG METHOD
This recipe consists of ice, kosher salt, quart or pint-sized Ziploc bags and one gallon-sized Ziploc bag. The first step is to make and chill the ice cream base. You need to make sure that the ice cream mix is well-chilled, so it is preferable to chill it overnight. Next, you need to bag up the ice cream mix, plus ice and salt. This is done by putting no more than 2 cups of the mix in a quart bag, then seal it securely. Fill a gallon-sized bag halfway up with ice, then pour in about a half cup of kosher salt. Mix it around and then put it in the quart size bag. You need to seal the larger bag securely and place it in a couple of layers of shopping bags. Shake the bag for at least 5-10 minutes. Repeat this step until the ice cream is a soft mass.
